New Concept in Multi-Family Living The flex plan home |
 |
 |
| | | It’s functional for whatever purpose you need it because it works in so many different directions.
Most of the people who have bought this style of home are people who have had a need for an extended family member to live with them. In this day and age that can mean any number of things such as having a parent living with you, a college age student who needs a place to live
or another adult child who needs a place to stay for a variety of reasons. This home will lend itself to a dual family. It even lends itself to someone who wants to rent a room.
It’s all in the design. Not only does it have a four car garage and place for an RV pad, but two of the extra bedrooms have their own entrances, private patios and private baths! The larger of the extra bedrooms has a kitchenette roughed in, a perfect spot for an independent parent or family member. It’s even designed to work for a handicapped person | | and can easily be upgraded to any need.
According to builder George Woolston, (Broadway Homes), "It’s the kind of home that anyone could live in. Even without the handicap potential, this house has been my best seller for 12 years. We’ve sold it several times since the economy got bad. If you like this house, you can’t buy it anywhere else."
It’s all design. Here are the details. A high efficiency furnace with zone heating, a gas fireplace, textured walls, neutral colors, coffered ceilings, 3 foot wide doors, privacy walls and 2’x6’ framing, upgraded sink, convection double ovens, a five burner stovetop, pantry, granite countertops and quality millwork with windows that are not encased, but are molded together in a solid, pleasant style. It has quality work that would stand up against homes that cost three times as much.
It has everything a person would ever want but without going overboard so that it would | price the home out of the market. Dad may like that extra garage space but the master bedroom has a closet that’s the size of most bedrooms for the wife. Once she sees it she may say SOLD on the spot.
George Woolston designs homes from the inside out. When he built this home he didn’t want anyone to be able to find any fault with it.
